<p><strong>SEASON 2<br> EPISODE 19<br> THE GOOD SAMARITAN – A Story from </strong><a href="https://books2read.com/u/mBOXnv"><strong>“Seeing the Power of God"</strong></a><strong> by Sidney St. James</strong></p> <p>Hello Everyone.&nbsp;</p> <p>Today I have a story to tell, one that I wrote about in one of my novels,<strong> </strong><a href="https://books2read.com/u/mBOXnv"><strong>Seeing the Power of God</strong>.</a> I am telling the story because I stopped in a parking lot across the street yesterday and watched a man pushed down into the street and was barely able to crawl back onto the grass median. I watched as numerous people walked by without lifting a finger to help him. Finally, I walked across the street and helped him up. I smiled and felt good that I helped him when no one else would. I gave him five dollars and was on my way.</p> <p>As I drove down the street to the <a href="https://parks.georgetown.org/gtc-pickleball/"><strong>Georgetown Rec Center</strong></a> for my morning <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqLRRNOpe8U"><strong>Pickleball </strong></a>game, the wheels were turning in my head. I felt so good I was able to help someone and my only thoughts during this time were of Jesus Christ. After all, he has filled my heart many, many times before.</p> <p>Why? Why you might ask did I think of Jesus. Because I thought of his parable, the one about the Good Samaritan in the Bible.
