He talks about overcoming obstacles earlier in his career, viewing himself amongst his peers, wardrobe malfunctions on his first deployment 😂, and being apart of the Nellis Support Center team. Jaryd drops knowledge on how to empower your fellow troops to take ownership of their responsibilities, while at the same time letting leadership know to trust in his ability to train and develop the next generation.
