<p>Emily Kendall is a UK born Yoga Teacher and Mum who has lived in Aotearoa for over 20 years. Having studied psychology and experienced a colourful history of trials and tribulations, she is fascinated with the inner workings of the body and mind and how they are interwoven via the nervous system.
