Who played a big role in the development of many young Blues players such as Nathan Redmond, Demarai Gray, and superstar, Jude Bellingham, to name a few. We discussed with him his experiences working with Jude and his younger brother, Jobe - his love for coaching and teaching - and how things are now going at Sunderland. A proper down to earth guy.
