The apostle updated the young apprentice of his situation to make Timothy aware. Yet Paul gave Timothy essential reminders, which he had probably taught the young worker. Paul was concerned about sound doctrine. He fought for it all his life, but he was about to die. The young pastor should continue the fight of teaching All Scripture.</p>
