<p>This podcast comes from the Psychology in Schools Team. Everyone likes a degree of certainty: it gives life structure and routine, creates some predictability and enables us to plan. But since the pandemic, much of this has been stripped away as we have experienced unprecedented levels of uncertainty in our lives. This Psychology in Schools team podcast explores the challenges of supporting children and young people in these uncertain times when increases in stress and anxiety are common.
