Welcome to the Real Estate InvestHER Show! Today, we are joined by Kristen DiPasquo and Belinda Eboh! Belinda is a successful entrepreneur, former nurse, and real estate investor. She loves traveling to beach areas, cooking, and transforming houses into comfortable living spaces. Belinda owns Ebohnie LLC and other businesses. Kristen is a former software engineer turned nomadic traveler who eventually settled in Philadelphia. After working as a teacher, she transitioned into real estate, where she has been working as a realtor for 8 years and as an active investor for 3 years.   In this episode, Kristen and Belinda share their journey on how they scaled their portfolios within a community.
