Saying Goodbye to Worry - Philippians, pt.10 - Pastor Tara VinCross

<p>Every so often I get the opportunity to bowl. Earlier this year was one such opportunity, as our pastoral staff took some time to have fun together. I ended up people watching, looking to our left at the people bowling next to us. One person was very good. Another was not. I overheard the instruction that the one gave to the other. “You have to let go of the ball. You have to trust.” You have to trust.</p> <p>This is life, isn’t it? It’s hard for us to trust. We worry and hold onto things. Paul speaks directly to this difficulty in this letter to the Philippians. He invites us to rejoice, pray, petition, and thank God, right in the middle of our own struggles!</p>
