Sarah Paddick - Empathy in architecture

Sarah shares how she became a specialist in the design of security architecture working on buildings that include prisons, what considerations go into the design for criminals and the staff that monitor them, and how prison design has evolved to increase the efficacy of what these buildings are meant to achieve.
