Little known fact, Sarah and I actually grew up about 15 minutes away from each other in Maryland and we recorded this episode at a dance studio in beautiful Downtown Frederick! In this episode we really dive deep into talking about the world of dance, choreography, movement, creativity, expression and what it means to be a dancer.
