She's the author of two cookbooks, including</span> <em><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Fruit Forager's Companion</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">. She is a regular contributor to Simply Recipes. Before the pandemic, she taught hands-on cooking classes and regularly gave presentations at libraries and festivals. </span>Sara's topic is indie publishing, and she goes into the lack of diversity in publishing at large, including in food media.
