<p>Sara Baer-Sinnott is the President of <a href="https://oldwayspt.org/">Oldways</a>, a nonprofit focused on improving public health through cultural food traditions and lifestyles. If you think you haven’t heard of Oldways, you are wrong. Oldways’ tentacles touch almost everything you think about food today.
