San Diego law enforcement stop, search and arrest minorities at a higher rate

<p>A new series from the San Diego Union-Tribune analyzed almost half a million traffic stops made by San Diego police and sheriff’s deputies. Watchdog reporters Lyndsay Winkley and Lauryn Shroeder found that minorities are stopped, searched, arrested and subjected to use of force at higher rates than Whites.</p>
