<p>Once again we have made it to a season finale, and this one is a doozy. We lose heroes and villains alike - from Kai to Jo to even our very own Elena Gilbert! Sure, there’s other plot points - Lily reuniting with her family of heretics, some super cute Steroline scenes, sob-worthy goodbyes - but at the end of the day, it’s hard to focus on anything other than the departure of Nina Dobrev.
