<div>The Symptom Imperative (SI) is a concept that bears repeating, as it's so key to embrace and understand. There are few that walk this path who have not experienced it. The SI is when TMS symptoms move around, from one part of the body to the next, trying to get your attention and "protect" you from the repressed emotional reservoir that is overflowing and sending your nervous system into dysregulation. Today on the pod we feature a Speakpipe from Eva. She utilized this work to recover completely from Long Covid and other symptoms only to be stuck in the muck with a very wily one: a feeling of constant Fight or Flight.
