S3 EP5: Other Ways of Dealing with Change

In this new episode of the Get Your New View podcast, the New View Strategies co-owners, Kim Congleton, and I host this critical conversation on the alternatives if a company can't change. What if an organization genuinely can't? Get creative and start thinking about what else could be done, and document what the hindrances were.<br /> <br /> ✔️ Dealing with a limitation with money, you could control your mindset, what you think about change, and how you could improve your system by being willing to do things differently.<br /> <br /> ✔️ Learn to let go of those assumptions and take steps towards small incremental changes and focusing on the process.<br /> <br /> ✔️ What is it that you can break down into smaller steps and change differently? Think about your optimization of what you're doing with your company. Are there things you already have, but why aren't you using them? If you can't think of any of those things, ask your team.
