S3 EP3: Do We Need Organizational Change?

It comes as unintentional but most often hinders the company from growing more.<br /> <br /> ✔️ The biggest question we get asked is, "what are other companies doing?" Not having the network or experience to understand what other companies are doing brings many people to us because we've worked with hundreds of different companies in different situations. We've got a whole library of things considered best practices that work best for your business.<br /> <br /> ✔️ Having somebody from the outside coming in and taking a look into your business is incredibly valuable. We do that with our own business, too. We hire external people to give us opinions on how we're doing different things because we don't see everything in our own house.<br /> <br /> ✔️ Understand why that outside person removes agendas. You don't have to worry about politics, the different dynamics, and how departments work together. That outside opinion frees you of those things.<br /> <br /> ✔️ Think about the obvious things that need to change and, importantly, the less obvious ones.
