S2E1 - Analyzing the 2011 CrossFit Open

<p>The CrossFit Community is growing exponentially and so has the interest in the Sport of Fitness.  Gone are the days were you can just sign up for a live competition and try to makes the CrossFit Games, so what does to CrossFit do? Here comes The CrossFit Open, a worldwide online competition meant to serve as the first filtering system for the new CrossFit Games Season. Bill and Chase sit down and analyze the programming for very first CrossFit Games Open to determine if this system appropriately tested to find the next wave of The Fittest. </p>
