S1E9: What Exactly is General American English?

<p>In  this week's episode, I want to talk about what exactly General American  English is. A potential response might be "well, the dialect of English  that is spoken within the United States of America." While yes, your  answer would be technically correct, it is lacking and thus leaves a lot  to be desired. Over  the past couple of weeks, we have been talking about English and its  evolution. American  English is just one of the varieties that has  evolved out of European English. Furthermore, I want to go over how you  can be more motivated in your English studies and then we will finish  off with this week's expression.</p>
