In this "unplugged" episode Sande and Lance consider the ideas that have arisen for them out of chapter 13 of Barbara Sumner's book <em>Tree of Strangers, </em>published by Massey University Press. They think about the impact creating the podcast has had on them and consider the place of tender resilience in the adoptive experience, the idea of names and what it means when names are changed, as well as delving into some debate around the current review of Adoption legislation in Aotearoa/New Zealand.
