S04E06 - Patrick Okubo - Master Sommelier and ex-Army National Guard Clarinetist

<p>Patrick's first scene is a wine professional. He started in the restaurant business and managed restaurants for 8 years, and has been working for a wine distributor for 10 years. He has the credential of Certified Wine Educator with the Society of Wine Educators and passed the Master Sommelier exam in 2011. In his second scene Patrick spent 20 years with the 111th Hawaii Army National Guard band as a clarinetist. He has performed hundreds of concerts over the years and moved up to leadership roles until he retired from that career.
