Rugby, with Ewan Sime

<p>Great to be joined by my friend Ewan this week! We discussed his history getting into rugby, the lad culture within the sport and his experiences with it (there are some funny/slightly disgusting stories told 😅). We touched on why his team began spending less time at the bar and taking training more seriously and what that did for their morale. </p><p>The main reason that Ewan came on though was to chat about the devastating loss of one of his good friends and team mates Lewis last December to suicide. I really appreciated Ewan's candour to chat about this difficult subject. It's something that needs to be spoken about more openly and not just in the wake of tragedy and I think we're all learning that.</p>
