Rudrashtakam

<p class="zw-paragraph heading8101021">Shri Rudrashtakam is ascribed to the saint poet Goswami Tulsidas. This devotional hymn praises Rudra, a form of Shiva. It is found in the Uttara Kanda of Ramacharita Manasa. Rudrashtakam was composed by Sage Lomesh to pacify Rudra. The hymn pleased Shiva, and he blessed the sage. It has eight verses to propitiate Rudra.
