Founder Matt Potts opened Destihl’s first “gastrobrewpub” in 2007, combining tradition with ingenuity to produce artisanal beer and food. Having opened their $15 million-dollar brewery complex in 2017, the company now boasts a 240bbl sour kettle brewhouse and a 10bbl pilot system to compliment their conventional brewhouse, plus wood barrels, foudres, aging cellars and more to produce a wide lineup of beers to please every palate.
