Chicago’s Off Color Brewing was founded by industry veterans John Laffler and Dave Bleitner in 2013 with a strong focus on lost, forgotten beer styles. Today, the expansive tap list includes styles like Gotlandsdrick, Serf Stout, Biere de Miel &amp; Casa de Campo.
