RockerMike and Rob Presents: The Fireflies The Fireflies were a doo-wop music group from the United States that formed in 1953. They gained popularity in the 1950s with their signature song "You Were Mine," which reached the top 20 Billboard charts in 1959. Despite lineup changes over the years, the Fireflies continued to perform and record music throughout the 1960s and beyond.
