Rich and Poor in 2200

In 2200, some people — those who can afford nanorobots that renew the body from within — will live to be 200. The wealthy live in cities in the clouds while, down on the Earth's surface, poor people suffer scorching heat waves and floods. Or could humanity's fate be different?
