Retreat Yourself

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In this episode I am chatting about my Self Love Retreat! I just got back and it was such a special time with some special humans.</span></p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">It has been such a tough year and I think we really haven't taken the time to pause, breathe and really tune into ourselves. Especially as women, we are always on the go and making sure everyone else is ok first! This is the opposite way it should be, and these women learnt that this weekend. They really immersed themselves into everything and especially enjoyed the free time to nap, read in bed, take a long bath, go for a walk and meander to coffee shops.</span></p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">There really is something magical about the Midlands, and that forest!</span></p> <p class="p2"> </p> <p class="p1"><span class="s1">There are still 4 spots left for our December one next weekend.
