<p><strong>SERMON OUTLINE (07/02/21)</strong></p> <p><strong>Rest our hearts in God P2: Psalm 33: 1-22</strong></p> <p>1 <strong>The Introduction:</strong> Do we rest our hearts in God?</p> <p>1.1 <strong>Big Idea:</strong> To be encouraged from Psalm 33 as we look at two reasons why we can rest our hearts in God (1-22)</p> <p>2 The first reason: because God is sovereign over His creation (1-11)</p> <p>3 The second reason: because God is sovereign over His people (12-22)</p> <p>4 <strong>Conclusion:</strong> the exhortation: These two reasons that we have looked at why we can rest our hearts in God – will we…. (1-22)</p> <p><strong>Reflection: </strong>Are you resting your heart in God? Do you rest you heart in the fact that God is sovereign over His creation? Do you rest you heart in the fact that God is sovereign over His people? Have you allowed Christ Jesus to come and have first place in your heart – for you to rest your heart in Him?
