In her past life as an athlete chasing down the title of "Superwoman," she faced a massive injury in the form of multiple herniated discs, pinched nerves, and degenerative disc disease. After years of being told to "stop moving," Allyson is back to working with her body again and finding new ways in which it is, in fact, capable!
