Unhelpful ways are constantly asking why (can be an endless treadmill), bitterness, searching for the instant fix, ignoring reality, denial, letting the crisis become our identity. He encourages us, like King David did, to: 1) Find strength in God How? We hear from God, come to Christ, be filled with the Holy Spirit, worship, prayer, and read the word of God. 2) Move forward with God
