Supposedly&nbsp;moderate Republican Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine is signing House Bill 99 into law today that changes training time for teachers to possess firearms at school from 700 hours to a mere 24 hours, and all this after a team of highly trained and armed officers hid in a hallway fearing an AR15 shooter in a Texas school. When will this illogical madness stop?
