Replacing Executive Pay in Tech w/ Mixed Use Commercial/Res with Christian Szpilfogel

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On to this week’s show!</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Today we have a full time real estate investor who’s really really smart.
