In this episode, we will discuss the last step of 'Make Time' which is to <strong>Reflect. </strong>It's really important to look back into your day and see what made you feel happy and satisfied. Moreover, just looking at them is not enough, we have to write down our observations and understand it. Trust me, this is no rocket since and it is not at all time-consuming.
