Release Energetic Blocks Tying you to the Past

<p class="p1">I had a ‘holy shit!’ moment recently.</p> <p class="p1">I’ve been taking weekly crystal baths and reading the book Untamed by Glennon Doyle. There’s an eye-opening chapter in there about grief. Sitting in your pain and allowing it to transform you.</p> <p class="p1">She painted a picture of a snake trying to fit into its old, dead skin after experiencing grief.</p> <p class="p1">I had an ‘ah-ha holy shit’ moment because this is exactly what I have been doing over the last year.</p> <p class="p1">Since our loss of infinity babe, I’ve been on a hell of a healing journey ride. I’ve been having a lot of realizations, however I wasn’t allowing myself to see that I was trying to squeeze myself into a mold, an out-dated version of myself that I can no longer fit into - old mindsets, old beliefs, old patterns, old clothes…you name it.</p> <p class="p1">I was trying to force into the old version of me who was no longer able to support who I am meant to be.</p> <p class="p1">I wasn’t surrendering into who I am.</p> <p class="p1">I was holding onto who I was.</p> <p class="p1">I was too busy trying to fit myself back into the mold of who I was…who I used to be - mind, body, soul.</p> <p class="p1">I now see this aligned puzzle piece to my healing process.</p> <p class="p1">I am choosing to remove the energetic block thats been tying me to the past.</p> <p class="p1">I am choosing to move away from the comfort zone of who I was.</p> <p class="p1">I get to ‘meet’ myself now, in this moment.</p> <p class="p1">I am allowing myself to attune to my Highest Self.</p> <p class="p1">Can you surrender into who you are meant to be?</p> <p class="p1">Free yourself from what WAS and step into what IS - this version of you that is so ready to nourish you and support you.</p> <p class="p1">Mantra of the month: I am SOULFULLY aligned.</p> <p class="p1">What’s your mantra for the month?
