<p>In episode 388, I chat with <a href="https://jonaleman.com/">Jon Aleman</a> who is redefining health for himself.  At a young age he had open heart surgery but also received great positivity from his mom on life.  Listen as he talks about his journey from being in a job he hated, relationships he was unhappy in and overall feeling unhealthy to making the transition into being a health coach full time and living in gratitude, in a healthy physical and mental state and helping others to do the same. </p>
