When we have been dismissed, betrayed, or felt something was stolen from us, we can believe that we are not good, not enough, or not loved. I want us to begin by untethering what happened to us from who we are! Some people didn't know how to love you properly because they weren't shown that. God's grace and love is SO much bigger and wider than the trauma you may have faced.</p>
