Recreational Outrage Ep.16 (Birds Aren't Real With Rick & Ricky)

<p>This show features local Denver comedians talking about anything and everything within the Colorado comedy scene. We hope to create a space where people can say whatever they want, and we are not a success until we have someone lose their job at SNL. This week on the podcast we have two Denver Comedy OGs, Rick Bryan &amp; Ricky Ramos (Sidesplitting Entertainment). They come in hot into the studio and kick things off by telling the hosts their pronouns and explaining the gratification that comes from building things with their hands. Rick talks about opening for Scarface &amp; Devin the Dude, and they both give a few tips on opening for a music performance as a comedian. Rick tells some stories of meeting legends like Dave Chappelle and when he smoked with Brian Posehn. After a breakdown on ASMR, there's a voicemail segment and it leads to a discussion of why everyone has chosen comedy. The guests go through a few news stories, and they end up discussing what PC culture is like in prison. Towards the end of the episode Ricky tells everyone about his favorite conspiracy, that "Birds Aren't Real". The biggest lesson to be learned from this segment is that everyone should know, "Birdwatching, goes both ways". Truly a wild podcast and full of funny moments from start to finish. Throughout the show, we break down jokes, tell stories from the local scene and discuss all of the important things happening all around the world.
