<p>When Maryjane isn’t busy performing for Queen Elizabeth she’s busy selling real estate.<br>Howard speaks with Maryjane Viejo RE/MAX hall of fame and Chairman’s club award-winning Realtor® about quality vs volume when generating leads and the importance of being honest with clients even if it kills a deal.  </p><p>Born in Toronto and raised in a real estate family, Maryjane is Broker of Record and President of RE/Max Realtron Property Group Realty Inc. and is a second-generation realtor who first obtained her real estate license in 1989. </p><p>Her industry awards include: </p><p>RE/Max International Chairman’s Club Individual Award (only 1240 in the world for RE/Max among 150,000 agents), represents the top 1% worldwide individual agent production</p><p>The RE/Max Hall of Fame earned in her first 3.5 years with RE/MAX in 2006 representing her first 1 million in gross commissions earned,  and prestigious RE/Max Lifetime Achievement Award.  <br> <br>Maryjane decided to reactivate her license and embark on a real estate career at the end of 2002 - she is thankful she made that decision and had instant successful results:  Maryjane achieved her Hall of Fame status in just over 3 years in real estate and completed 82 transactions in her first full year of real estate!  Some of her other accolades include being ranked in the top 1% among all realtors in the GTA for the number of transactions and Top Individual Agent for RE/Max Realtron Scarborough branch from 2004 to 2009 and top1% in the world for individual agent production among all realtors.
