ReAir Interview with Milana Yarbrough

<p>In honor of Black History Month, today we are reairing my June 2020 conversation with our summer intern Milana.</p> <p>Over the last year, I have put a lot of energy into learning about the experiences of people of color and more about the parts of history I did not learn in school. This is one example of the kinds of things I have learned and the many people who have been willing to share their experiences with me so that I, and Organize 365, can do better. </p> <p>This is my conversation with Milana. She was open hearted and willing to speak with me about about racism and what I have learned about my part in it. I have learned so much and WILL BE part of the discussion and the solution. I hope you can listen and open your mind, even if these ideas are uncomfortable. I am working to be better and do better. I hope you will join me by listening in.</p>
