Before joining YWCA USA, she worked in many different roles at the front line and management teams for YWCA Utah. During her 17 years of service there, her work focused primarily on serving families who have been impacted by domestic violence, providing oversight for emergency and transitional housing, early education, and YWCA Utah’s Family Justice Center; and in the operational side of the organization through oversight of facilities, administration, IT, and human reso
