Reaching Out, A Surprise Segment & Starting From Scratch

<p>This week we brought back the weekly highs and lows, as well as introducing a new one-off surprise segment. We talked about sunshine, how to get proof copies of anticipated releases, and Ciara capped off her March running challenge with a success. Our main theme of the week was starting a creative project from scratch (including a run down of our own experiences), and the theme of our agony aunt column this week was mental health.
