<p>You know, all too often, we go through the motions of marketing and sales without taking a moment to reflect on WHY we are doing what we do. Sure, we blog. We optimize. We post and tweet. We build. We meet. But what does it all MEAN?</p> <p> </p> <p>So today, we’re going to help you take a step back from the day to day, stop going through the motions and ask: Am I still helping who I want to? Does my mission still have meaning? Do my people still believe that?</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Items we discuss: </p> <p> </p> <p>How often do you think a company should take a step back and say, “Are we still who we are and want to be? What do we stand for? Has that changed?”</p> <p> </p> <p>Thinking of the website as a home base for the brand, if things need to evolve with the company’s larger purpose, does this tend to result in a whole new site revamp or are we talking more of a change to the About Us page?</p> <p><br /></p> <p>We often see that the company CEO’s values become the company’s values.
