Rape Crisis Midwest Welcome 'Reasonable' New Proposals On Consent Laws

Rape Crisis Midwest say they welcome what they describe as 'reasonable' new proposals to amend current laws surrounding consent. Miriam Duffy, who's Executive Director of Rape Crisis Midwest, is hopeful updated legislation may make the issue of consent more clear.
