He had some confusion about American Samoa and their totally 'unique', 3rd political status. Thought we explained it to him well.</p><p>James applied via another program but uses his passport card while driving. He has been stopped several times and 'let go' ONLY by using the passport card.</p><p>The regulars joined in and we talked about the founding history of the country.
