However, we&#39;ve all worked at places that reward longevity over productivity, or even rewarding &quot;busyness&quot; over results. In this week&#39;s conversation with my guest Rick Burt, CAE, we discuss the positive effects of encouraging everyone on the team to contribute, do their best, and support each other to reach individual milestones and team goals. We share many options for recognition from certificates to team meeting &quot;kudos&quot; sessions to public acknowledgement.
