<p>"Jesus said that the greatest commandment in the Old Testament was, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind” (in <strong>Matthew)</strong>  The second commandment was, “Love your neighbour as yourself” (Matthew 22:39) </p> <p>So, when we think of love, we usually think it’s about feelings – but the real love (like Betsie in the story) is not depended on our feelings. It’s more than how we could feel towards someone – because if it was me – I would have been more like Corrie. It’s so easy to love when you are in love with a guy, or you love a family member or your friends. But it’s so much harder to love those that are evil to us.</p> <p>We can only love them through God – through prayer."</p> <p><strong>1 Corinthians 13: 4</strong></p> <p>"Love is patient, love is kind.
