<p>I softened my voice, “It’s just that each time you lied to me it makes me feel like I don’t matter. It makes me feel like a woman of the streets!” I lowered my head and tears dropped down my face.</p> <p>Samson hated tears. Specially mine.</p> <p>“Oh Delilah…” He cried taking me in his arms.</p> <p>Good. I had him where I wanted him.</p> <p>“So, my love.” I whispered, “what is the secret of your strength?”</p> <p>"His eyes flickered with emotion – I could tell he was torn between keeping his secret because his God had told him to and torn because he loved me and wanted to please me.</p> <p>I continued whispering soothing words of love and pushing for him to tell me. Finally, he let out a frustrated groan and stood up.
