Rachel Khoo

<p>This week, Simon is grilling the brilliant Rachel Khoo. A style icon and entrepreneur, Rachel was an instant hit with her TV Show The Little Paris Kitchen, which saw her preparing dishes in her tiny Belleville flat and at various locations around the French capital. She has since filmed food shows around the world and released several books.</p><p><br></p><p>Now based in Stockholm, she's learned to make a mean moose stew, and invokes the spirit of Sweden with tales of perch fishing, pickled pink onions and jumping through holes in the ice post-sauna.
