Surah 19 Maryam, verses 5-9, Session 3. Prophet Zakariyya (AS) feared for his successorship and asked Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى for a child who would inherit his Prophethood. Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى fulfilled Zakariyya's (AS) wish with a miraculous child (Yahya As), even though he was old and his wife barren. A subtle hint of the coming of Isa (AS) the cousin of Yahya (AS).
